Joe E. Luce

Joe Luce is an experienced, AV Rated trial lawyer, having obtained over fifty jury verdicts, with extensive experience in first party insurance, insurance defense, commercial, and tort litigation. He has developed an expertise in the handling of large, complex litigation involving such matters as mass torts, toxic torts, oil and gas, pollution and product defect cases, including dry cleaner pollution liability, breast implant, fen-phen, and polybutylene pipe litigation.  His vast litigation experience includes cases involving personal injury and death, construction accidents and defects, professional liability, automobile and trucking as well as products liability. 

After thirty years of first chair jury trial experience and having participated in hundreds of mediations both large and small, Joe has expanded his practice to now include full mediation services, attorney ad litem work and is available to be a receiver, discovery master or arbitrator upon request. His vast trial work experience provides Joe with invaluable experience to draw upon as a mediator not only regarding the subjects of the matters he will be mediating but also understanding how litigation works, the various relationships that exists in disputes and a wealth of strategies to undertake to work toward a successful resolution. Having done both insurance defense and commercial litigation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, Joe provides the essence of what an unbiased, independent mediator is required to bring to the table.
