Ardalan Attar

Ardalan Attar received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Houston-Downtown in 2015 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2018. Ardalan graduated early with Cum Laude honors from South Texas College of Law where he received the top grade in two of his classes. While at South Texas, Ardalan was a varsity member of the schools nationally known advocacy program and competed in several tournaments around the country. He was also consistently named to the Dean’s Honor List and received several scholarships including the STCL Academic Merit Scholarship.

Ardalan was able to gain valuable trial experience as an intern at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in the summer of 2017. The following fall, Ardalan switched to civil litigation and became a law clerk at Daspit Law firm. In April of 2018, Ardalan joined Christian, Smith & Jewell as a law clerk and was named an associate upon receiving his JD in May of 2019. Ardalan’s practice will focus primarily on complex commercial, securities, and business litigation as well as corporate formation. Ardalan also handles several pro bono matters related to small business disputes.

Ardalan was born in Tehran, Iran and moved to Houston, Texas in 2000. He was a Division I college soccer player at University of San Francisco and had a short stint in Major League Soccer. Prior to entering law school, Ardalan owned and operated multiple successful businesses which has allowed him to actively apply his experience when advising business owners.  

Ardalan enjoys reading, playing sports (mainly golf), and learning about the application of artificial intelligence. Ardalan is also a proficient Farsi speaker.
